Burnt rice was discovered when the land owner built this house. Actually it's a private land but they are opening their place for visiting and to see burnt rice and the place where it was discovered. Why this place important is, it's an evidence of an ancient battle was happened here. So it makes us feeling that we are standing and living on continuous history from the ancient people.

Heading to this place, you would have to walk through an esplanade of shops that sell beautiful batik clothes and minyak panas.
The last shop on left sell beautiful batik but i had to sit through a lecture about the “benefit of early marriage” and story of his whole family member’s career & education before i got to pay for my batik 😅
