Nasi Daging Bakar, translates to Burnt Beef Rice, and is one of the truly strange and unique tasting Malay dishes that is offered here in Langkawi Island.

The beef if grilled over fire and then pan fried to perfection. When you order, they take 80% meat and 20% fats, giving a perfect combination and served with malay style nasi ayam rice, which is the buttery yellow rice and with a type of cincalok sauce.
