I ordered fish via WhatsApp and already transferred the money. I booked a Lalamove driver to pick it up, and everything was confirmed. Then your staff told me to cancel the Lalamove because they had booked another driver for me. I waited for an hour, but no one called or delivered anything. Thirty minutes later, another staff Lily or Leon called and said, “My colleague gave it to Shopee.” But I had already canceled my Shopee order a long time ago! She said, “I don’t know anything, my colleague did” As a result, my whole family of six was waiting for your order for nothing. Our dinner was completely ruined because of this terrible service!

REALLY REALLYY POOR customer service The staff showed no sense of responsibility at all. I placed an order online through the official shop website. When I checked on the delivery status, the staff said the goods were on the way. However, when I called so many times again later, they didn’t take the call. After 1 hour, they responsed me via whatsapp and they admitted they had forgotten to arrange the delivery due to a communication issue among the staff, and now they’re unable to deliver it today. Instead of taking responsibility and provide other ways for customer, they just blamed all the wrongdoings for their colleagues That's the way they treat their customer!

Poor customer service, goods are pricey but goods quality is not there. Spent RM 60+ to buy a Napier chicken, turn out the chicken taste is same as normal chicken. When informed, the shop just said supplier sold them this chicken, they cannot do anything. Worst part is , the staff is taking no responsibility at all in their job. Placed order online through the official shop website, when checked about the delivery status the staff said goods is on the way , when called again after some time, they said they forget to arrange the delivery due to staff communication issue and not able to deliver today ! That's the way they treat their customer!

First time bought 3days ago life snakehead/haruan fish. Needless to say very fresh. What wow'd me was the boss (or guy in charge) took the trouble to listen to what i wanted in size etc and actually went in to catch the fish according to my specification. Today he wasnt in but his worker came out and i was pleasantly surprise the worker too took special attention to listen how i wanted the fis cut and deboned and assured me he knows how to do it and will get it 100% deboned off d pin bones. What amaze me was tho he was buzy, he did not rush but listened carefully to all my request. Im so glad this place was recommended to me where i can specify what i want. Cashier was nice too.
