As Outstation buyer, i Order Berjaya Glass warmer, the QC didnt do a proper checking on the warmer before shipping out. Reach Kuching using own Shipping forwarder, management didn't want to give a better solution even i send a video , photo to proof that the issue is from the manufacturing where the glass holder are not weld properly in line and the hole that drill on the glass holder causing the glass chipped. The sales person told me the Big boss CKE and Managers , 5 of them giving the only solution is shipped back the warmer to them and they must receive the warmer in good condition meaning that i need to bare the insurace and shipping come and fore to claim the one to one exchange. ps: i got the proof that i received the box from shipping in good order with video and photo as proof, plus the broken is obviously not cause by shipping since the dented area and welding and drilling part impossible cauae by shipping.
