Sports Arena Sentosa — Attraction in Kuala Lumpur

Went there for badminton this morning.

Everything else is ok, except for that one super rude idiot sitting inside the pondok security.

So i tapped my debit card 3 times when exiting the parking, and the transaction still couldnt go through, been showing error screen. Hence, to avoid blocking the way as there is only 1 exit, i pressed help button to talk to the operator, and somehow the transaction went through, barrier gate opened when the call was connected, so i just said it’s ok, sudah buka.

Then that guy walked out from pondok like a gangster, saying something like ‘you kena tunggu’, with that ‘nak lawan ke?’ Attitude, so i just said ‘ok sudah buka’, and as i was moving forward, that guy telling the operator ‘gate ok, dia yang tak sabar’, still in his ‘nak lawan ke?’ tone.

If it wasnt because there was car coming behind, i would have got down and have a chat with him.

Obviously i have stucked there for quite awhile, reasonable enough to press the help button.

This idiot was the one wearing a red shirt, blue cap on 27 Oct, Sunday morning.

If he continue behaving like this, i think one day somebody will teach him a lesson.

As a customer, i felt really offended and...

We reserved 2 courts for 2 hours for premier pickleball court which is charging rm60/ hour. I was shocked when arrived at the highest floor which the sport arena just simply put down 2 badminton court net lower and rent it out as pickleball court. The joke is One of the court is badminton rubble mat court that pickleball not even can bounce, the other one is badminton parquet court with cushioning effect for the floor, not bouncy enough for pickleball and the parquet is not even and too smooth for pickleball. Worst part is the kitchen is only 6 feet from the net as the court is using Badminton court serving line while pickleball court kitchen is 7 feet from the net. No pickleball court lines is mark as it solely using badminton court just lowering down the net. Fortunately after we complain and the refund is fast. We were quite shock again as we hardware from staffs this is not first time they rented it out , probably to those who do not know about pickleball and a beginner. I rate 5 stars for Premier Badminton court facilities..like a pro..accomodate with aircond..on top of that they have multiple badminton court types that you can choose..crowd very good and make aure you make reseevation a head..call them or book online. Clean toilet...well managed and you can get good shower after game. Try their futsall and table tennis too. While waiting or after shop..enjoy their cafetaria at ground floor...btw...you also can drop your car at the car wash behind the building..convenience ya.. ambient parking lot...nice view from 3rd floor building...enjoy old klang road panoramas during your break..good for group...get professional badminton trainer here...sharpen your skill and for newbies...you can starr from 0..you alao can get badminton items at the shop located at ground floor.. good..good..lastly..staff also very friendly..keep up...
