Masjid Jamek Tunku Besar Tampin — Attraction in Negeri Sembilan

Its a nice mosque in town. They do Jamaah prayers, Jumaat prayer, Hari Raya prayer, qurban, tazkirah, kuliah and maulid too. This mosque is air-conditioned but also have outdoor side too pray. They got fans and natural breezes. The place is spacious.

Also got restrooms and lots of parkings. Three entrance for vehicles and one stairs entrance.

Im warning you, DO NOT TALK OR SLEEP DURING THE JUMAAT KHUTBAH. Hear it with focus and calm. If you bring kids, educate them to be more discipline.

Alas, the Jumaat Congregational Prayaers on 17th January 2025, was THE LAST Jumaat in this old masjid. On the 20th, the masjid was closed, getting ready to be torn down and rebuilt. The Mufti of Negeri Sembilan was here to make the announcement. It was quite a sad affair. When the Khatib made his sermon during the Khutbah, his voice was breaking and quivering. He was probably in tears, as that was the last khutbah in the old masjid.

The new masjid is scheduled to be ready in two years, so possibly in 2027,...

Alhamdulillah terbaik cuma lagi elok ajk pastikan semua aircond terutama hari Jumaat berfungsi. Kesian jemaah yg berpeluh mengesat peluh waktu solat. Aircond tepi kanan dan kiri, belakang. Depan sejuk dah.Peruntukkan sedikit budget dari tabung untuk selenggara aircond. Semoga Allah memuliakan...
