Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Negeri Sembilan

The food was good yet the customer service is bad. Came for dinner last night at 8.15pm. Still early as Google mentioned closing will be at 11pm. The staff (female) kemas meja previous customer main hempas pinggan kuat kuat. Lalu belakang customer bawa pinggan sambil jerit dia penat kerja dari pagi. Kalau you penat, just ask other staff to handle the customer. We never specifically requested you tu handle us. Shouting and cursing loudly with your colleagues even ada customer tengah makan. During payment, ada Indian guy masuk nak order, then the same staff mentioned dah closing even baru pukul 9.15pm? I've checked with my friends which is manager another outlet about the business hour and she mentioned the same as Google mentioned. I'm a regular customer here and this is the first time having this bad experience with pizzahut. Gonna be...

As for previous review, I thought it is worth posting another review. Pizza hut food is what it is. Industrial food, frozen ingredients are what they are. Added salt to ensure you end up very thirsty. No complains you get what you came for. Now, no air-conditioning, not just poor, this was the same year ago. I think there are just saving electricity, rather than providing a nice environment. Coke is absolutely flat, like a bottle left opened for week. When ask: it like this la! Cannot even replace the carbon dioxide from the machine. Service: You order on line, so except dropping dishes on you table, no much to say. I doubt I will go back and if I really fancy a pizza hut pizza, should probably get a delivery and...

I hope not all PizzaHut branches are the same. I feel like your pasta getting worser. Also for sure I won't buying anymore.

1st what I receive not same like the presentation in website ESPECIALLY there are no parmesan cheese at all on top like how shown in the photo ALOT OF THEM ON THERE.

I req for parmesan cheese to add on by myself and the staff be like ' sorry we hve no more that thing '. I recnfirm with her like prvsly you guys have right? and she said yes. SO WHY? Like why did you guys no longer provide that?
