It’s not easy to find a place that consistently delivers both quality and great service, but your team truly stands out. Don’t open if you’re are not ready physically. Get other franchises support when you are still new. I don’t mind to wait but there’s tonnes of orders coming through throughout the day and who’s going to be there replacing your staff for a break? Or even a solat break ? Think about their well-being too. We’re not here to bring down the business but we’re here to support your business in this small town. I came to here too many times. At least twice a month. But the staff remains the same very unfriendly at all… unfriendly staff is not just happening on 1 staff, basically most of the staff also lack of knowledge how to handle customer service.
