I rarely leave negative reviews, but their actions were completely unreasonable. The tearistas at Tealive Aeon Alma were quite rude when we bought a mango spk. Sadly, it didn't taste like spk at all, so we went back to the counter to ask them about it. They kept insisting that they had already put in spk, but we were sure there wasn't any spk taste in it. Strangely, none of them responded or even acknowledged us until my brother and I had to raise our voices a bit louder to get their attention. Eventually, one of them reluctantly took our order and remade it for us but with a sour expression.
In the end, it would have been better if they had just listened to our concern and fixed the issue from the beginning. Good customer service means understanding and addressing customer concerns promptly and politely, rather than making them feel ignored or belittled. We hope Tealive Alma Aeon and Tealive Headquarters will look into your service in the future to ensure a better experience for all their customers. (If Tealive Malaysia requires your staff's pictures, I can send you privately. I don't want to jeopardize any of your team members' future careers by sharing their...
Read moreThis is probably the worst supermarket I came across in the country.
Lots of the fresh items already in bad condition are left for sale in the shop and as many other items are constantly out of stock probably not reordered on time. Poor stock management
But they not it. Staff never seem to know anything. Latest example today, after I had pay my bill at the cashier and had said to her clearly that I had no member card, she told me to go and get a Rm 8 voucher to customer service. I went there and 3 employees were just chatting about their breakfast and ignored my presence. Someone looking like a manager asked me eventually what I wanted. I told him my purpose but he had no clue. One of the employee came to me. He literally one’d clueless as well. Another one ended up finding a voucher booklet but finally asked if I was a member because this is only for member. 20 minutes waisted in...

Just if you guys could do it a bit shorter/cheaper, so we can grab a few in A3 paper bags, it will prevent us from using the current paper envelope that has plastic.. 🫡
