for health screening wise i will rate it five stars. however, the pushy for upgrade package and the recommend supplement for purchase really beh tahan, minus one star,. the supplement price was tagged doubled close to tripped higher then outside, minus one star. another star deducted for the vaccine package, they will charged in advance for the future booster dosages WITHOUT notify the customer. upon checking the cashier claimed that better pay in advance so lesser waiting time for next visit and we offer the best price of compare outside clinic. my gosh after checking, they charged RM190/- per dose where columbia hospital published charge ONLY RM45/-. MY point of view ONLY DO THE HEALTH SCREENING, NO OTHER PURCHASES FROM THIS NOVA CLINIC. ps: you can have profits for business BUT not too much and not too over the market level.

My full body checkup included a detailed ultrasound by Crist, blood tests and screenings by Dr Tay (both very thorough with their explanations), and a follow-up consultation with Dr. Tay (in-person or convenient Zoom option) . Results came in faster than expected since it was during a long weekend public holiday. Dr. Tay was easy to talk to and attentive to my concerns. Overall, a decent experience with professional staffs at a reasonable price.

Went for annual body screening session after seeing the good review. Everything has been managed well on the screening day, fast & clean. However, few drawbacks on the day that we return for consultation. I) We were charged extra rm30 on referral letter after doctor mentioned we need further checking in hospital, we were not inform until we been asked to make payment in counter. (however, after I clarified with counter, he decided to waive the charge for this round) II) My mom claimed that she still having blood vein after blood draw a week before. Doctor mentioned might due to my mom old age & prescribed us some medicine (also charged to us)

Overall, clinic is clean & well managed. But might need to improve communication with the patient to avoid...
