Swing & Pillows @Kelana Jaya budget hotel is truly value-for-money. I had a great 15-day stay here from mid-May until check out on June 1 today. (1) My top choice for a budget stay for its very reasonable rates per night plus its promo rates upon extension. (2) The hotel is just about 200m walking distance from the Kelana Jaya LRT station. Its strategic location and excellent links to public transportation made it really convenient for me to go about my business appointments and more. (3) The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, addressing my various needs as an elderly female with slight mobility issues (use walking stick). Location-wise, is very convenient, with the hotel situated just across from the LRT Kelana Jaya Station—only a 3 to 5-minute walk away.

Service - The receptionist, Ismail, was very accommodating to all our requests. He was extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout our entire stay at the hotel

Hotel location was accessible but overall room conditions is average and the pillows are not on its best condition in terms of cleanliness, hygiene and freshness. The aircon was cold enough but the room privacy build is average as the soundproof was bad during talking in the room while during on the corridor, guest can hear the other room talking as well.
