North Borneo Cruises — Attraction in Sabah

I had the most incredible experience with North Borneo Cruise, all thanks to Mildred! From my first to my third booking, she consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, ensuring everything was perfect for my whole family. For my mom's birthday, I asked for a special seating arrangement, and Mildred delivered beyond my expectations. The seat was perfect and better than I could have imagined, truly enhancing the celebration.

The ambience of the cruise was unlike anything I've ever experienced. My family and I danced and sang the night away, feeling like there was no tomorrow. Mildred’s prompt responses to my concerns, especially regarding the helium balloons, were truly remarkable. From before the booking to the day of the cruise, and even a follow-up after the event, she handled everything with such care and professionalism.

First time on North Borneo Cruises with a group of friends. It is anchored at Sutera Harbour Mariner. As we enter into the Ship, we were greeted warmly by the friendly staff onboard. The Safety Demonstration on Life Jacket is shown before the Ship started to cruise on the water.

We tried to walk up to the upper deck, but it was drizzlingly. This Cruise Ship have Restrooms but do have bidet only provide scoops for water use.

After 15 mins on the water, the Ship Captain announced that we are cruishing back to the wharf as water is choppy due to the heavy downfall. It was simply disheartening as no sunset for us to view.

Buffet is wide spread with Asian and International cuisine which catered to all tastes. Food taste is average but their staff service is outstanding, they are helpful, courteous. and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our experience was perfect.

We do enjoyed our despite the weather as The Live Music Performers keeps us entertained throughout the whole trip.

Performance are good, very professional and very entertaining with good engagement with the visitor! Friendly waiter and waitress available all around to assist you, in fact, they gave you very warm welcome the minutes you board the cruise.

Food are good, portion are enough to serve all the visitors and taste are good as well, nothing to complain about.

Our huge appreciation and praise goes to one of the cruise member Azizul, was very kind and offering helps to take some very nice photos of us during sunset which are one of the main attractions boarding the cruise! He said he is still learning about photography but to me, he is very good now. Kudos to Azizul, keep it up!
