Huni Residence — Attraction in Shah Alam

The building design is nice, and the location is convenient. The overall environment is pleasant and could be a great place to live.

However, the maintenance could definitely be improved. The lifts are often dirty and dusty, which gives a poor impression, especially for a residential building of this standard. I've also noticed some cleaners using their phones during duty hours instead of focusing on their tasks, which might explain the lack of cleanliness in common areas.

With better supervision and more consistent upkeep, Huni Residence could truly live up to its potential. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works toward improving the overall living experience for...

been staying here since Jun 24 and everything is still ok. despite of some cracks on walls, some leakage in kitchen sink, some cracks on main door, other are considered ok. defect team will come fix it once booked service. monthly maintenance fee not cheap , equipped with swimming pool, gym, children playground, some kiosk. generally strategic location as you can get 99speedmart, cafe, kopitiam, clinic, laundry service, chagee in front of the building (Huni Square). just that every morning traffic kinda bad especially for those who want to...

poor management, public holiday van lorry cannot enter. What if people only have that public holiday free time to move out and security just ask to drag all the stuff to van outside building parking so far??? doesnt even try to help eventho already talked nicely give qr and details..at least give time limit is good enough. i have to drag all the stuff to move out just bcs my personal van...
