I gave 1 star because I couldnt give 0 stars. Do not trust a single word these people say. They take your money and leave you stranded. No mather how many times you call and text, she will just straight up lie to you about not knowing anything, while SHE was the one who took the reservation and the money. Lied about a taxi being included in the price, lied about me having a ticket even though I sent a picture to prove it, she did not care. They husstle you at the Kuala Besut bus terminal with fake promises. Dont fall for it. Please find another place to book your ferry or whatever, because these people will leave you to struggle the moment they collect your money, knowing that you have a flight that same day and have to rush, thats when they decide to cut you off. Horrible service, fake promises, can not be reached, very unfriendly!...

1st time, year 2005, came with my family without any information about Pulau Perhentian, chanced upon this Travel Agency and the lady boss helped arrange for my boat rides and hotels.

Been using this agency services for the last 5 trips to Perhentian.

10th July 2024, came back again met her, still the lovely helpful boss, who's agency up and running from 7am in the morning and still arranging boat rides to Perhentian.

Rm70 for return ticket. Best to reconfirm your return trip directly with the agency or show your ticket stub to the hotel which will also able to arrange your boat back to main land.

Hotel arranged this agent for me. She called me like 2 hours before and asked me what time I’ll arrive besut Jetty. When I arrived there was a guy who will send you to your car park slot 10 rm a day and fetch you on your bike back to the jetty. While she brings you directly to your boat.
