The experience was good for the first time but i regret going for a second time.
on arriving, I was not happy the way they treated my guests by not letting them into the hotel to wait and board the catamaran (like we did for the first time). We also had no breakfast on board so felt hungry for the first half of the trip. But I didn’t mind and continued happily with the trip. On the way back, they asked for our feedback. So in the section comments and suggestions, I wrote what was on my mind based on the overall opinions of my guests. It was not a complaint but it was suggestions, somethings to improve upon to make the experience even better. We also left all excellent reviews above even though we were not satisfied with everything! So no bad intentions.
The man and the daughter (who seemed already rude before but I didn’t care much about it) called me out in front of everyone at the end of the trip saying that I ruined the day and tried to humiliate me??? Do you think this is professional behavior because I left excellent reviews even though some things were not good but instead just suggested the things to improve upon? We also left a considerable amount of tips.
I recommended and brought so many people with me from abroad two times and now I won’t even recommend this to anyone. This is not a way to treat guests. No one in the world ever treated me like this when I left suggestions in 51 countries. They could have spoken to me in private and I would have explained to them my point of view and I would have understood theirs.
But instead they behaved rudely and impolite to me in front of everyone. I wasn’t even aware that they were going to treat this as a complaint, but instead thought they wanted honest suggestions to make their service even better. I really had their best interests in my heart!

She spoke rudely to everyone and almost forced desert on our plates, while we were still eating our first course. The catamaran was stuck for about 20 minutes in the sand, a waste of everyone’s time.
