The way we were treated by the owner of the company was amazing! Ivano is an incredible host who takes care of everything; from airport pickup, to our holiday rentals, to organising our trips. He is very attentive and helpful. Small issues we had with the bungalow were looked into immediately, regardless of the time of day. La nostra vacanza a Mauritius nel mese di agosto 2019 è durata 19 giorni: 15 notti alloggiati a Villa Agata a Mont Choisy. Le altre notti al Coral Azur beach resort sempre a Mont Choisy. A Villa Agata eravamo in self catering mentre al resort in formula all inclusive. Villa Agata è una location perfetta per chi cerca autonomia e tranquillità senza però essere troppo isolati perché la spiaggia è vicinissima, servita di tutto (bagni, punti di ristoro, ombra...). Inoltre nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono negozi e ristoranti. La Villa è grande con tre camere e tre bagni, una bella cucina è un patio dove abbiamo sempre mangiato in compagnia di coloratissimi uccellini!!! La ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie è molto discreta e efficiente. Il resort è un po’ datato ma molto pulito, personale gentilissimo con ottimo cibo! L’ultimo giorno dopo il check-out pur non avendo il pranzo compreso ci è stato offerto!!!! Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo per le location ma soprattutto per l’assistenza e la gentilezza e competenza di Ivano e Laura. Seguendo i loro consigli abbiamo potuto godere al meglio di quanto offre l’isola. Abbiamo prenotato un paio di escursioni in mare con loro che sono state esperienze indimenticabili e perfette in tutto! Se un giorno torneremo ci affideremo senza dubbio a Etnika Travel.
