Le crustacé — Restaurant in Isle Mauritius

As the owner of the property currently rented by Le Crustace, l'd like to clarify recent confusion surrounding our legal and business relationship. The tenants have occupied the property since June 2024. As of today, rent for June and July remains unpaid, and they've also failed to settle outstanding utility bills despite multiple formal notices and court communication. We've made every effort to resolve this privately and legally. We hold documented evidence, including payment records, chats, and audio, and are pursuing this through appropriate legal channels.
