However, one downside is the crowd—during peak times, the beach can feel fully packed, making it harder to find a peaceful spot to enjoy the surroundings.

While the beach itself is decent, the hygiene standards could use significant improvement, especially in the public toilets and showers. These facilities were not well-maintained during my visit, which detracted from the overall experience. Cleanliness and proper upkeep are essential for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere, especially at a popular tourist spot like Mont Choisy.

Another area that could be improved is the food trucks and vendors along the beach. While some offer tasty treats, the quality and variety could be better. A more diverse selection of food options, along with better hygiene practices, would elevate the experience for visitors.

It's a great beach. Plenty of shade and full sun areas, depending on your preference. The sand is soft and beach shoes aren't needed. There aren't loads of boats, so swimming is safe. The beach is long and there's plenty of room for everyone. We visited on a Friday and Saturday and it was much busier on the Saturday with lots of local families getting together with food, drink, dancing, singing and enjoying themselves which made for a lovely atmosphere. There are plenty of food trucks to choose from, some more pricey than others. The fish vindaye sandwich at La Roulotte was great, as was the fruit stall for fresh pineapple, which was just next door.
