Plaza Galerías Guadalajara — Attraction in Jalisco

Regarding Kiehl's Store inside Plaza Galerias. I was very disappointed with the service i had received from this particular Kiehl's store in Plaza Galerias Guadalajara. I was attended by Miss. Nataly Segura Lupercio, I made two purchases of about $2,000.00 pesos. One with her and 20 minutes later with her colleague, Karla Marianna Vega. I requested for a facial to introduce me with the line of Kiehl's products, and Miss. Nataly Segura made an appointment for me the following day at 11:30am. When I arrived the next day at 11:00am, all the stores in the mall were open except Kiehl's! Nevertheless, I waited because my appointment wasn't until 11:30am. I waited and waited until 12:00pm, because I had a flight back to Los Angeles at 3:00pm that same day and I had already reserved my taxi back to the airport. The service I received from this store was unacceptable! I was very punctual to my appointment but unfortunately the sale associates that had made the appointment for me, were not! I was surprised that the professionalism of the representatives was below standards of a reputable company, as Kiehl's. I recommend for patrons of Kiehl's to stay away from the Kiehl's Store in Plaza Galerias. Instead, to shop at the Kiehl's Store in Andares (where the sales associates were willing and able to offer great customer service to their clients!) or in Polanco in...

I get very happy when can I find a Starbucks, H & M, and MiniSo in one place. This mall also has a Lego store, Carl's Jr., and a Kentucky Fried Chicken. I had chinese food from Panda. At first, I thought it was Panda Express from the United States States because it had the same logo. I have to say that this chinese food was better than Panda Express. The ingridients were fresh and the Kung Pao Chicken was delicious. They also carry good drinks. This is a 3 story mall.
