One of the best rice(nigiri) I've had in Guadalajara. Most people always talk about the fish, but I believe a good foundation is the way to go. Top quality rice and cooked perfectly. The fish was great. I really liked the smoked salmon and Tuna; however, the octopus was really chewy. My only complaint sounds really petty; the nigiri was too large.

Nigiri is a one bite appetizer to really taste the fish and rice, but because the actual nigiri was so large I had to take bites and the rice would start falling apart. Note that I was not dipping the rice with soy sauce, but the actual fish; but it still fell apart and was kinda messy. I would of never thought that one of the best sushi experience (taste wise) would be in a shopping mall food court.

Also service is a bit slow, but it's worth the wait. Prices are reasonable for the size and quality...

I usually look for all good things when giving reviews but this was a true let down unfortunately Every time my boyfriend has gone here it has been good but this time a real disappointment. Rice over cooked and smushed, rolls were poorly packed and fell apart in the soy sauce. It had rubber-like shrimps in mine and so much surimi with mayo in top I could only stomach eating 4 out of 12 pieces.

We waited a good 40 minutes for our to go-food and the waitress asked for a tip? For what? Writing down our order and then entering the final amount? Nope.. sorry, that’s a bit rich for me. In order to receive tips, you need to actually give outstanding service.

Only good thing I can say about this is that there was enough soy sauce...

Me parece una grosería que la gerencia del restaurante conozca que la espera es tan grande y no haga nada por sus comensales. Yo vi parejas de jóvenes esperando sentados en el piso. El local está diseñado para aprovechar el espacio pero el ruido apenas te deja escuchar lo que dice tu acompañante. Los gabinetes son realmente confortables para comer pero al ver el desperfecto y lo sucio de la mampara me dieron ganas de salirme. Cuándo ponen la mesa y colocan tenedores en un restaurante de sushi sabes que algo anda mal. El menú se aleja totalmente del concepto de comida fusión. Mis rollos fueron entregados con arroz caliente. Nada extraordinario en el sabor de los platillos; la carne de res estaba corriosa. Las bebidas eran grandes y muy equilibradas en dulce. La estrella la puse por el servicio, las personas que me atendieron fueron sorprendentemente cálidas y eso se agradece; pues entiendo perfectamente que estaban teniendo un día muy ocupado. El mesero se presentó y me sonrió. Eso me pareció un detalle de bienvenida. Pedí varias cosas a diversos meseros y siempre me lo trajeron. Me senté cerca de la cocina y no escuché que le dijeran a mi mesero que había pedido x o z. El mesero al que le solicité agua, un menú de postres... me...
