Chili’s — Restaurant in Jalisco

RAW CHICKEN!!! My experience here was all around terrible. Me and my husband came for dinner, he got the chicken fried steak and it was completely raw!! After we told the waiter it then took him 15 minutes to find the manager. Once the manager was informed he went back into the kitchen for another 20 minutes. Finally when we were able to get his attention again he was totally clueless. He offered to remake it or order something else or a free dessert. We didn’t want either. I would expect after serving someone RAW CHICKEN you would be on top of service and offer to take care of the bill. He just nonchalantly said he would remove it from the bill and didn’t apologize or even seem concerned. ONE OF MY WORST DINNING...

Mediocre at best. Just wanted something small, so shared Santa Fe Chicken Quesadillas and a Guacamole. The quesadillas were OK, the pico de gallo was very little y served on a bed of lettuce which looked sad and brown in places. The guacamole came in a small bowl, it was barely enough for one person, the tortilla chips would have fed an army. Would probably try another place next time. Did comment to the waitress and the manager came over and offered more guacamole and saidbhe'd check the salad situation in the kitchen. So...

The wife I are in GDL, wondering around she mentioned maybe a bite to eat. We spot the Chili's and decide to go look, we were promptly delivered to the Hostesses spot, the place is Empty, no would like there.... Handed menus, okay let's see... I was fairly disappointed in the price's were about equal to some very nice restaurants on the beach in Vallarta not what would be expected for tex-mex. Cervasa forget it, hopefully Chili's will find time...
