DO NOT STAY HERE! THERE WERE BEDBUGS & COCKROACHES!! 1st off I reserved here and told them I would arrive later than regular check in which they agreed to. I get there and this bald guy very rude, possibly racist, said that room I reserved was not available so they would "upgrade" me to a "suite" for the night. We get into the room, lights don't work only 1 by the bed & bathroom do. Bed is rock hard like harder than concrete! No AC just a tiny window that does nothing. Door to patio doesn't open and tv doesn't work. Anyways next day we let them know we're going out and they said they would move our bags for us. So we leave don't get back to almost 5ish. The room looked the same as the "suite" except lights & tv worked and bed was more comfortable. I take a shower when I get in and then am relaxing on the bed. After 30min-1hr later a bedbug crawls out. Mind you I always check when I get into a room and saw nothing so I kill it. After a few minutes more are starting to crawl out which we kill. It stops nothing more is coming out but after a little more another 2. I take pictures and go downstairs to show that bald man. He accused me of taking the pictures from Google that I didn't really take them since the guy he sent to our room didn't see any. They wouldn't change rooms, change the sheets or give a refund. While on the phone with booking, another one crawls out. I run downstairs and get the bald one to send the other guy up again after him sighing and making ugly faces at me. This time the guy takes some toilet paper and takes the bedbug downstairs. They call up to our room and say that the only thing they could do is spray our room and we have to step downstairs until the spray clears. I was going to go to the bathroom when I saw a cockroach under the sink. So we just got our bags ready to leave. I forgot something in the bathroom and was going to get it but when I opened the door again there were another 2 more cockroaches. DISGUSTING! They don't clean the rooms there were hairs on the being that couldn't have been from me nor my partner. I repeat DO...

I had the WORST experience with both the hotel and booking. I have numerous times and every time customer service agents and supervisors have disconnected the call purposely. I explained my issue numerous times and no one wanted to help me. I showed up to my booking and the night of my booking I woke up in shock and traumatized with bumps ALL over my body. All I saw were bedbugs EVERYWHERE. I instantly freaked out and left the room. I went and told the reception and instead of accommodating me, they blamed me and told me I BROUGHT the bed bugs with me. Can you believe that? I have since had a severe bodily reaction and had to go on medication. I had to get an airbnb which cost me 1000 USD and I was sick on vacation. And with all that booking REFUSED to issue me my full refund which I more than believe I’m entitled to. The hotel did not answer booking and booking is telling me that they can’t do anything if the hotel does not want to refund the money. Every time I call, they hang up on me. This could have been simple if I had just received my fully owed refund since I did not stay in the hotel and had to spend more money on accommodations and medications. I have pictures and receipts of everything. I tried to contact someone with a little more authority and still NO RESPONSE. ALL IN ALL DONT USE BOOKING AND DONT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL I WILL BE LEAVING REVIEWS EVERYWHERE ABOUT THIS...

So far so bad, it’s not actually a bad hotel but the area is kind of seedy and dirty. The hotel itself is clean(ish) and what I really did not expect, pretty quiet. A big problem is that they don’t clean the rooms at all. The first 2 days they didn’t make up the room at all, no staff, the third day after insisting and threatening with an official complaint they did us the favor and cleaned the room.This hotel is also a love motel which is available apparently by the hour . I would not come with children. The girls at the reception are friendly but totally useless. Depressing place.There are lots of Russian tourists in the hotel who had to smoke continuously at the entrance and blocking it as well.. This kind of loitering shouldn’t be allowed at all.You have to keep the windows closed or all the smoke gets into the room. No air conditioning ! Ask for a fan and they will provide one for 200 pesos. I guess it’s just a deposit and you’ll get it back. I won’t ever come back. Spend 20$ more, take a chain hotel where they actually clean the rooms .A holiday inn is faaaaar better than this place. No Air Condition at all! It’s like 50 degrees inside, no way to stay in a place like this. Any peso spent here is wasted. Really not recommended. Never again. Don’t be cheap on...
