Learn moreThe park is still under construction and will probably be closed for 4 more months. I'll post a new review when it opens. The Sunday tianguis (market) will not be open on February 7 2016 and is relocated to another location. The vendors told me they will return on February 14 2016.
Update 2/2016 - still undergoing construction. The area where the tianguis is held on Sunday has newly poured concrete so it will hopefully be reopened on Sunday 2/14/16

Read moreThis park is well-maintained and supports many activities, from skating to community dancing to dog and kids walking. Cross the street to find another park with additional activities, including various types of outdoor classes, and a large flea market on the weekends. I saw dancing, yoga and other exercises. Read moreI liked this place because it's a renwed city park, that has a very big playground with a weaved like structure where kids can practice their climbing, balancing and whole body abilities.
Also have seen self-defense-like classes going on for kids whick are good abilities for life as well.
The open spaces are good for walking the dog and have small kids play with their learning bikes and other wheeled-mount-on-toys too.
