Don’t buy stuff from the people on the beach selling hats, sunglasses, jewlerey and braiding. They are SO RUDE and SCARY. When I told them nicely that I didn’t want to buy anything they all surrounded me and called me bad words in spanish. My husband where by the beachvolley so I had to run and go get him. The straff from the hotel saw everything and called on the local millitairy police to ger them of the beach.

Besides from these people, i’ts a very nice and fun beach so I don’t want to give it a bad rating.

Don’t worry about the seaweed, the people from all the RIU hotels are collecting it from the beach every day. The water...

Who can argue with sugar-soft sand and turquoise crystal-clear water? The Yucatán Peninsula is picture-perfect paradise.

In our younger days, my wife & I enjoyed Cancun with all of the options of fun and nightlife.

Vacationing with a family we really love Playa Del Carmen & Playacar since it is geared more towards that. Like wonderful all-inclusive resorts which include all kinds of fun activities including kayaking.

It was a dream. Lots of acitivities possible, for money of course. Parasailing, jetskeeing, Kajak, Katamaran and diving. Snorkeling was disappointing since there is nothing to see and the area beyond the bojes is only for boats, jetski and such. Instead going for a travel tour if you want to snorkel, but its mostly huge groups so it kills the charm. Anyways, enjoyble beach amd water in november, no seagrass or alges.
