El hotel en general es bueno, como en todo tiene pros y contras, la playa es totalmente hermosa y es muy grande, la comida en bufet y restaurantes es muy muy rica, en albercas depende de cómo te hospedes es a las que puedes entrar y en este hotel si está como muy establecido el de que no puedes entrar a ciertas zonas y te restringen mucho, después de tu check out ya no te dejan usar las instalaciones más que el lobby y su bar, pero ya no uso de alberca ni comida.

-Atención al cliente: Es muy normal, no tienen la mejor atención pero tampoco la peor -Ambiente: el ambiente es muy tranquilo, siento que le faltan actividades para la tarde y noche porque llega un momento que después de las 10 que ya no hay nada que hacer. -Limpieza: la limpieza es buena, todo se veía bien y limpian todo muy bien Las habitaciones están amplias y cómodas, eso sí, si no te gusta caminar este hotel no es para ti, si no tienes problema con eso, y te gusta la flora es una buena opción.
