As hotel guests already paid for everything there is no incentive for waiters to go the extra mile not in food, service, nor atmosphere. That being said, there are processes and procedures in place so that you LL always get a standard assembled plate. I didn't enjoy any of the food and the person at reception made a drama that we were a group of 10 and didn't come at exactly the same time; again no incentive to get the revenue.
