Gourmex — Restaurant in Playa del Carmen

As hotel guests already paid for everything there is no incentive for waiters to go the extra mile not in food, service, nor atmosphere. That being said, there are processes and procedures in place so that you LL always get a standard assembled plate. I didn't enjoy any of the food and the person at reception made a drama that we were a group of 10 and didn't come at exactly the same time; again no incentive to get the revenue. Can't really blame the workers as I assume they get paid the same whether they give it their all or just...

I have very bad experience in that restaurant yesterday.. the stuff was very rude, I would say that is the worst restaurant in whole resort. I don’t understand how they can be rude to you and after still expecting a good tip? We came at 9:30 pm and they already start to rush us to order, and telling us that is will be the last our order, however they close at 11pm! So everything was in a rush and rude atmosphere.. not...

La verdad que de todos ha sido el peor, súper lento todo, frío y nos tuvieron que tomar la orden varias veces, consta de 3 tiempos Entrada Plato fuerte Postre De entrada fue elote cocido, de alioli no tenía nada y de ajo confitado menos, era mantequilla con mucha agua y salado. Nos trajeron guacamole fresco exquisito 5/5 El plato fuerte fue carne de res que uuf muy rica y suave pero el acompañamiento arruinó el sabor de la carne traía enchilada de pollo que enrealidad me costó identificar que era pollo, la salsa de frijol por que pasta no era, está buena y el arroz a mi gusto estaba bien. El postre era pastel de elote que la verdad era el mismo del bufet festival solo que este estaba más seco el del festival es mucho mejor. Cuando me refiero a lento entramos a las 19:15 y salimos a las 21:00 entre que traían los platos nos tomaran nuevamente la orden, entre comer y todo nos...
