Sami Afro Hair and Beauty Centre — Attraction in Amsterdam

I have been there many times highly appreciate the service and the friendly staff . The staff at same hair and beauty centre speaks really good Dutch and helps non Dutch speakers like me ..whenever I ask them to explain everything they have been so nice and patient all the time..recently I have observed one thing that considering the corona times, they maintained very good hygiene ,distancing, sanitising, and masks etc. No second thought about the prices, much cheaper , I have compared...

Bad customer service! They gave me a very dirty used Denman Brush (I received it as a gift) and they refused to give a refund or a new brush. Very unprofessional and rude employers!!!

If I can give 0 to negative 5 stars I would! Nothing wrong with the shop but the attitude of the girls especially the two fair ones working in this shop are very rude and unprofessional.
