Read moreI first came here in 2019 and it started its process to a revamp. Trees where chopped down everywhere and I could tell it could be a nice place but I wasn't at that time. This was still the case in 2020. In 2021 I was not able to get onto the Brienenoord. The bridges were blocked off and the bigger work to make Brienenoord flourish had begun. Today I went to have a look and all accesses were open and alot has been done. The cows where walking around. Grills placed. Many wooden docks and pathways. Newly planted trees and shrubs. The visitors house was open again for coffee/tea takeaway. I'm curious to see how nature will take to the changes and I will return...
