Restaurant Malakka — Restaurant in Rotterdam

Went here with a group of 15+ collegues. The restaurant is easy reachable with public transportation, otherwise it's paid parking. The restaurant is 1 open space with easy acces to the food. Tables have enough space to move along without disturbing others. The buffet is divers, but sadly most was not labeled. This made it difficult to choose what to eat. Went there with family for birthday and we brought cake. We saw 2 other tables having birthday and one they brought cake while singing the other had some small firework and we have waiter who mentioned each plate costs €0.50 cent while putting cake on table. As an diner with 7 people spending money then this costs of plate money is nothing but its called bad service. I went yesterday with 3 people in total. First when we got there we were guided to our table, but we got no explanation as to how the service works (because our waiter could not speak dutch or english).
