I'm a marshal at the track, which is one of the favorites among racing drivers. An old school track with lots of elevation changes, corners with positive camber and blind corners. Notable events are Blancpain GT, Historic Grand Prix, ADAC GT and the Verstappen days. Driving with your own car or motorcycle is possible at selected trackdays. Raceplanet Bleekemolen organizes days where you can drive Porsches, Ferrari's and Lamborghini's at select days. Parking at the track itself is limited and costs around 10 euro for most racing events. Parking at the boulevard is possible but more expensive. Zandvoort is not next to a freeway, you have to go through Haarlem by car to get there, so on busy summer days, expect some traffic. If you're staying in Amsterdam, and you want to visit an event during the summer, then you should take the train from Amsterdam Centraal Station (25 mins). Walking from Zandvoort Station to the track takes about ten minutes. The track has new ownership since last year and they are making notable improvements: New tarmac on the track and paddock, new restaurant above the pits, improvements to guest facilities etc. They are pretty ambitious with future plans. The paths around the track in the dunes are hardened, so wheelchair access should be possible. As a visitor you can walk around the entire track for some great viewpoints. There is a separate platform next to the grandstand on the main straight for wheelchairs, right across from the podium. During the bigger events, there is a video wall on the other side of the track, so races can easily be followed from the main grandstand and the wheelchair ramp. Best corners for spectators are: Tarzan (first corner) Scheivlak, Masters and the next turn. (Back of the track) Hans Ernst corner (S-Turn with a grandstand hill on the paddock). The main grandstand has a view of the pits, pits straight, Tarzan, and...

I recently attended the Grand Prix in Zandvoort, and I must say my experience was marred by the inconsistent enforcement of F1 guidelines and poor management of personal items. The F1 official guidelines suggest that attendees can bring a small umbrella in case of inclement weather. According to F1's own checklist for attendees, which can be found in F1 experience website, bringing a small umbrella to the track is not just permitted but recommended, especially when rain is expected. Given that the forecast predicted rain, I thought it wise to bring an umbrella, unfortunately it was one that holds sentimental value as it was an expensive gift.

Upon arrival, however, I was informed that umbrellas were not permitted inside the venue. Since the umbrella was valuable to me, I inquired about the possibility of storing it in a locker. To my surprise, I was told that there were no locker facilities available on the premises. The security personnel offered an alternative solution: to keep my umbrella in a designated room near the entrance where it could be collected later.

I was disappointed to discover that this promise was not honored. Upon exiting the venue, I found that the umbrellas were not kept securely in a room, as initially indicated. Instead, they had been unceremoniously dumped on the ground, as though they were mere rubbish, for anyone to claim. My umbrella was nowhere to be found, leaving me disheartened.

Not only did this oversight contradict the F1 guidelines, but it also ruined what could have been an enjoyable day at the races. I hope that future events will take attendees' concerns more seriously and demonstrate better management and...

An Amazing Day at Circuit Zandvoort – A Must-Visit for Racing Fans!"

We spent the day at Circuit Zandvoort, and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the energy and excitement of the track were contagious. The setting is fantastic, with the circuit nestled in the sand dunes, offering a unique atmosphere that adds to the thrill of the races.

The track itself is world-class — fast, technical, and exciting to watch in action. Whether you're a die-hard motorsport fan or just visiting out of curiosity, the experience is captivating. We were lucky enough to catch some live racing, and the sound and speed were just incredible.

What really stood out to us was how well the venue is maintained. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean, something you don’t always expect at busy events like this. It's clear the staff take pride in keeping the place tidy and guest-friendly.

There’s also a small merchandise shop on site, which had a nice variety of items — from T-shirts and hats to collectible memorabilia. It’s not huge, but it had everything we needed to bring home a few souvenirs.

Overall, Circuit Zandvoort offers a well-rounded and enjoyable day out. Whether you're coming for a major event or just to explore the track, it’s well worth the visit. We had an amazing time and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area or looking for a unique day trip on the...

The track is a 30 minute walk from Zandvoort train station. The main event that takes place here is, of course, the Formula 1 Dutch Gran Prix, which takes place in August and attracts hundreds of thousands of racing fans. At other times, there are other events - local races, a marathon in March. In general, the events are organized quite well: there are usually enough tents with food and drinks, toilets, volunteers, more trains run, free transport is allowed, many stands of different levels of comfort and accessibility. But still, there is always something to strive for: reduce the number of queues, make even more tents, and I would really like to add roofs around the perimeter of the track, given how often it rains here. In the meantime, they have not built them, I highly recommend stocking up on raincoats and everything that can save you from the rain (keep in mind that umbrellas are not allowed for most of events).
