Poor service. Took a deposit, agreed to hold the spa until landscaping work was completed. Ended up selling our spa with no contact to us, despite what they claim (we would have been happy to pay for the spa in full), then tried to charge us an additional $6.5k for the spa. Initially agreed to refund, acknowledging their poor communications, however when accepting this refund offer (and purchasing a spa from a different supplier), then refuses to refund the full deposit. Far better spa's out there for much less money, lots of competition. One to avoid.

Great knowledge of Spas and what each individual person needs. We gave our 'Wish List', and they provided. Been communicating with Nick for probably 1 month prior to their sale and information was sent and questions were answered. After the 5th time in 3months of needing a technician we asked for a replacement spa and were told they couldn't replace the spa we had no end of troubles with so instead they refunded us and took the spa away,unfortunately they told us they wouldn't cover the $400 hiab fee we had to pay to get it put on our deck nor would they pay any of our $580 power bills we were receiving due to the spas filtration system not running as it should.we would not recommend dealing with these...
