Absolutely amazing food, piping hot and fresh quality! Thanked the chef when we left as it was literally the best burger iv had this year! You can tell he takes pride in his work from saying hi to us and asking through our meal how it was going. What a great team you have there. The server was amazing to deal with and a happy chap. It was our first time there ever and we will definitely be back. The stilton cheese in my Burnout burger was so AMAZING 😍 my son loved his bacon bbq roadster & he's fussy so well done. Ive been a longtime fan of BurgerFuel Ferrymead and still love coming back for their delicious burgers. The quality of the food is consistently excellent; the burgers are always juicy, full of flavor, and made with fresh ingredients. However, one thing that can be a bit annoying is the noise level in the restaurant. There are two different soundtracks playing: one where customers sit and another, much louder, behind the counter for the kitchen staff. Just wanted to make a massive review for Lachie and his hard effort and enthusiasm towards greeting customers! I came in a few days ago and ordered a burger, when I got home there was a lovely little message written on the bag saying "stay safe kiddo" and today I came in to order the same thing and got another gorgeous wee message telling me i'm doing great, and to stay safe. This 100% bought a tear to my eye and makes me want to visit there more regularly.
