I walked in to the Linwood store this morning about 10.15am there were no shop staff. After a few minutes someone called out who I could not see āhelloā to which I replied, āmorningā in a cheery voice. I wandered around looking for an indoor plant and was asked what I was looking for. Without writing pages of my interactions with the two staff clearly focused on cleaning (the dreadlocked one with scary eyebrows who looks like Medusa kept her eyes focused on me in a shop detective kind of way while vacuuming) and customer orders, they were clearly not at all interested in me I eventually bought a plant and a pot and left feeling like I had interrupted their morning routine. This is a very similar experience I had last time I visited this plant store about a year ago. Never ever again will I buy anything...

I spent AGES trying to remove a sticker, first with my fingersnails, then by soaking, then by scrubbing with a dish scourer (which scratched the pot), and finally resorting to a chemical cleaner. Really annoying.

Staff were as always super friendly and helpful. Great selection of plants too. In terms of customer service, this would be a 5 star review. Staff are always great and very knowledgeable.
Not their fault, but there was no way to leave a review specifically for the pot. I do NOT want plastics / glue inside the soil. And it took a lot of effort to remove this sticker, which ironically said...

Yet again ask them for advice if your not sure about something they will happily give an answer. Dont forget to get your oderings card, you earn points with your purchases so pretty much you will get free plants in no time if you're passionate about gardening and buy your stuff from them.
