The Warehouse Barrington has been my local fave shopping spot for over 10yrs, I haven't entered or left the store without a friendly smile from staff, Susan in the Jewellery Dept is fantastic, I like to think of her as my very best advisor and value her opinions, she's got great taste ,😊, I enjoy the banter with Ana, knowing her personally since I was a kid, of which it's safe to say that those years are well gone, and all the other faces never fail to assist with anything and last night while in the store I had a terrible C.O.P.D attack and if not for Sharon and her wonderful caring self that she always is and Karen whom she insisted on having her help me out to the car with my waiting partner in it really made me realise how much each of the staff impacted on my day to day life, I want to say that I am happy with the good fortune of a store I have got to go to with all I need under one roof, their customer service should not to be rated less than 11/10, I thank all of the team whom I've likely been assisted by over the years, especially after the scare of nearly collapsing, and the personal care I received I felt compelled to share my shopping under the big red roof and highly recommend my local number 1 warehouse for everything you need including the personal touch, meant alot...
Read moreI don't like this warehouse, the staff that handled my sister's order made my sister cry with their horrible attitude during checkout. I kept going back and forth from shopping to almost going to the counter because I kept remembering things I needed to grab and there was a security guard wondering awfully close to us, always in sight while I'd walk to the counter. It scared me and made me feel like I was being profiled as a thief. I was just shopping for essentials with my children. Sure if they need a security guard, that's alright. But keep him by the door and stop trying to intimidate the customers! It's already stressful enough trying to shop with my children and them getting annoyed at me cause I keep forgetting things, I don't want to have to deal with the security looming...
Read moreVery unhappy people manning this store. 'Debbie' held her finger up shooshing me, when I approached her while she was at an empty checkout, I was about to ask where a product was in the store. The finger was accompanied with 'wait a minute, I'm in the middle of something'. When I asked her what her name was, Debbie covered her name badge and asked me why I wanted to know. During the same visit another store member was asked to retrieve a product from the shelf because I'd mistakenly picked up the display model. She approached the checkout, let out an audible 'oh what the...' and trounced off like a 5 year old being sent to bed, rather than a middle aged woman at work. What is the Warehouse doing to audit the standards...
