Narrow Neck Beach in Devonport is a beautiful, wide-open spot that’s perfect for a breezy day by the water. I visited in the fall, so it was quiet and peaceful—no crowds at all. The water was surprisingly okay for the season, not too cold, and the whole area looked like a paradise for kite surfers. It was quite windy, which adds to the fun if you're into wind sports, or just want to watch the action. A great spot to relax, enjoy the views, and feel the...

Went to Narrow Neck beach for the first time. Plenty of parking available. There is a cafe at the beach. There is ground/grass area by the cafe, that has around 3 benches if you are going with family and friends for a picnic. There are rubbish bins and toilets too. Beach itself is very beautiful and clean. So I would definitely recommend going there. P.s It wasn’t very busy when we went there on a...

Lovely beach, kid friendly and gets busy in summer. Has a good place for picnics and a park close by. There are showers and toilets as well as a BBQ and water fountain. Lots of parking spaces that often get filled quickly in the summer but it is on the 814 bus ride which connects it to the ferries or the Northern busway. It’s a lovely place to run the dogs within the restricted...

The beach is beautiful, small but gives one of the most amazing and very different view of Rangitoto than compare to Takapuna beach or Mission Bay beach. The beach is small slope road to lower your boat. It is also a very safe beach for swimming as usually it doesn't get big waves. Parking is more than enough but not enough for holidays. Public toilets and changing rooms available

A beautiful and small urban beach. Many facilities such as public toilets, public bbq, playground, benches, showers, boat ramp and a newly upgraded basketball backboard and hoop. There's also a small cafe 30 seconds from the beach. Plentiful parking across the road. Very popular beach in the summer months, especially on the weekends and public holidays, can be crowded at times.
