Safe Store Westgate — Attraction in Henderson-Massey

I could not recommend this company more. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I was stuck in a really tricky situation of having to move from my current house a day before my new house was ready to be moved into, I called multiple storage companies that tried to charge me $600 for 2 nights storage and with very few options I was willing to pay that, but when I called Maria at the Safe Store in Westgate she thought that was a ridiculous amount to be paying. She gave me a huge storage unit for $350.00 and I was able to use It for a whole month. They also offered for us to use their moving trailers, she gave us a unit right in the front of the building so we had easy access for moving our stuff in and out and she made sure that all my needs were met. She is honestly the most genuine lady and she made this process so easy for me, she took a huge weight off my shoulders. Her colleague Rick was also amazing and helped me put a padlock on my unit, and explained the processes. I will be recommending this company to everyone. They made a very stressful situation so much easier. It’s so nice to know that there are still such beautiful humans in this world....

I have been using a storage unit at Safestore Westgate for the past 15 months. I call it a "hotel for our things!" It's a great facility - clean, dry, secure, pest and dust free. Our papers, books, clothes and furniture etc are kept in a good condition. Access is convenient and easy. The facility is well maintained and managed. It is easy to park and there is plenty of room to move things into and out of the storage units. The corridors are well lite. There are toilet facilities if needed. Any supplies you are need - tape, cartons, padlocks etc are available. There is even a child/family area where children can be safely entertained while their parents working in their storage units. There are CCTV cameras and sensor alerts for any unauthorised entry. And Maria Pook, the manager, and her team are very friendly, efficient and helpful. They always do their best for you. I recently changed my storage units and this process went smoothly. I highly recommend this storage facility. It's the third one in Auckland that I have used over the past 8 years and the best....

Excellent business set up, safe, secure, they really understand what people want from a storage facility and have an awesome system. The staff are so lovely to deal with, helpful, knowledgable and just as awesome. I realised quickly I needed a bigger storage after a week, and it was so easy to move and change over. I have a massage business, and its a great place to store some of my business items as thats limited in my clinic, and realised its actually cooler here than my clinic in summer, so now storing my products here too. I was surprized how many other professional businesses opperate out of here too. Its an affordable and SAFE way for a bit more space. Its so easy to access, clean, tidy, good tempreture. This is the best option for my storage. Its such a joy to use a service like this. Makes me happy to pay for...
