Update/ September '22: I've been in this store today on my way to Briscoes, just out of curiosity. I was pleasantly surprised. The shoe isles, all of the isles really, were tidy and looked organised. The store assistants were all around the store packing away goods or organising the products on the shelves. I'm giving four stars only because I didn't by anything this time, so I don't know about the customer experience. All in all, there have been some changes here for the better. Well done and keep it up!

Few months ago: The shoe display is chaotic, to say the least. The store assistants have been way too busy having fun at the counter area, instead of helping the customers. Also, it wasn't the first time that I've experienced this here, but definitely the last time. This particular shop deserves zero...

My partner and I were in at 12:40pm - 21/08/2023 and are not happy with the experience we had. The fact that my partner and I were the only ones in store and were security called for. No customer service was given and nobody approached us to talk to us at all. As someone who is a manager at a retail store there was no appropriate protocols followed with security calls. My partner and I had no hoodies , glasses or hats on and instead were in tshirt and shorts. This experience made my partner and I really uncomfortable and instead of buying the items we wanted to walked out and instead will be going to a different rebel sport. Please do not expect a good customer service from this store. Please do check the prices online and buy it if you want. Mxxi was very cold to me (maybe because I look as an Asian). I asked for price and he responded like a machine. I paid for my item and he was still not saying a single extra word. It is really hard to see how could Mxxi be helpful and friendly in my perspective. Mxxi is a great God in Polynesian cultures and I really hope this Mxxi can be great as...
