NZ Glass — Attraction in Hibiscus and Bays

Had NZ Glass do a pile of work for us all at once. We paid our bill on time (which was reasonably hefty due to the amount of work). We then asked them to come back and tweak 2 pieces of the glass as they weren't fitting quite right. After chasing them for over a month they finally told us they would come out but we would have to pay for the service in advance. The fee they quoted was ridiculously high, $600 for 2.5 hours work. What are they, lawyers or doctors coming out to fit the glass? Instead we called another glass company. One guy came out, spent 20 mins on it and charged me $20 (and it wasn't even his glass). It pays to shop around people. So many of these guys wouldn't know customer service if it slapped them in the face and they're just out to rip people off. Disgusted, disappointed and definitely wouldn't recommend! And to top it all off, the glass in the shower leaks and it is only...

We choose NZ Glass after reading through their reviews online and have not been disappointed. We had had a seriously botched bathroom job from another company and were very apprehensive about what we could expect. Despite the frameless shower going in and working leak free, we then discovered a cracked tile from the previous installation. NZ Glass were able to remove the shower and reinstall it still leak free. We couldn’t be happier - the customer support, communication, timeliness and the finished result has been exemplary....

Too expensive! Charged $300 for a small piece of patio window. They could not get the days correct or times! I could not get through to alice for ETA! I was told 3.30pm but they arrive early! I had to pay up front 🤔🤷 I was told it could take up to and hour to replace, but it ook 15mins! Broken glass fragments were left on the garage floor for my children to stand on! Not a happy mummy!! I wanted to suport a local business but got ripped off!!
