Waiake Beach — Attraction in Hibiscus and Bays

Waiake Beach is a lovely little spot with a private vibe, yet still fairly busy. The water is warm and shallow for several meters, which makes it perfect for a relaxing swim. There are showers available, and just across the street, there’s a Burger Burger franchise that sells drinks and ice cream, adding to the convenience. Spent all day yesterday at Waiake Beach. The crowd was great and the sea was nice and cold. Parking wasn’t a problem, although there was a 2 hour time limit beachside, there were heaps of off-street parking nearby. The facilities were clean and stocked well. Always our favourite beach Shoreside as most of the bigger beaches are usually crowded...

Beautiful little spot to take a walk or enjoy a Coffee across the road. When the tide's is out, you can walk right out to the little island here. You might even be lucky enough to see one of the locals play his Bagpipes, when the mood takes him, down by the water! Lovely little spot. Grab...
