Torbay Village Butchery — Local services in Hibiscus and Bays

Dropped by after picking up a surfie buddy from the airport after I mentioned I had a wild leg of venison that required a good butcher.

He says I know just the place and the professional.

Well my friend was not wrong; the leg was cut and dressed in no time at all and for a ridiculously low price. On the way out we picked up some pork and fennel sausages. These are by far the best sausages I have ever ad my family have ever eaten............... cooking and zero fat in the pan and the flavour and texture were off the planet.

I will go out of my way to continue to shop there and support this very rare sort...

Had dinner with some friends a couple of weeks ago. The steak was fantastic and I asked where they bought it. Hence, with a large group coming for lunch I bought 6 medium size eye fillets and then went back for 4 more really thick steaks. 5 minutes each side on the BBQ and rested 10 minutes under the lid.
