Glenfield branch staff are great! The branch at northcote were very rude and would presume that the goods i am donating are rubbish, and would actually say so in my face and say, ugh a whole lot of rubbish! Horrid people in the back room and without even knowing most of the stuff i donate are new and in great condition. Now, in contrast , the lady receiving donations at the glenfield branch is always appreciative and would say thank you every single time, no matter how many times you've returned to drop off donations on the same day, and for days there after. A large family store with a lot of quality second hand items available. Sometimes new stock is sold on reduced prices, which is a good bargain. The collection centre is also in this shop and accepts a wide variety of used and unused articles. The staff are nice and friendly. Due to the nature of the products they stock, some visitors are loyal and visit it almost everyday. The woman who was accepting donations was extremely rude. I came in excited to bring 3 large boxes of clothes and a box of shoes. She took one look at one of the hoodies in one box and she said she didn't want them and won't be able to sell them because of its condition.
