BurgerFuel Glenfield — Restaurant in Kaipātiki

Had an amazing feed and service was great. Though if that was all there was to it, I probably wouldnt go out of my way to write this. There was an Asian girl eating at a table in front of mine. Not sure what her problem was but she took one bite of that burger and took it back to Nicole to complain. Nicole was extremely patient with that customer despite her not speaking English. Judging from the snips I heard about the complaint it seemed the asian girl wanted some red onions in her burger. Nicole smiled at the customer and offered two options, whether to replace the onions with red ones or to have the burger remade. Customer chose the rebuild option and Nicole smiled back to begin creating a new burger for her. If thats not 10 out of 10 customer service I don't know what is. I had a horrible experience some years back with burgerfuel service so I rarely come to eat here. Seeing this greatly changed my opinion of Burgerfuel employees and my faith in them have been restored. If Burgerfuel CEO is reading this, please give Nicole a raise. Good customer service are seemingly harder to find these days but Nicole is like Burgerfuel's guardian angel of geeat customer service.

Oh and great tasting burger as always Burgerfuel. But I doubt you need anyone to tell you that since the Burgers speak...

Stopped at BurgerFuel to grab dinner one evening with my girlfriend on the way home from Glenfield Mall. We had heard that they offered a few vegan selections for my girlfriend, so decided to give it a shot despite being a bit over the price we wanted to spend.

Just like the reviews say, they certainly don't cheap out on food - the burgers were definitely a handful. Make sure you grab a few napkins. My girlfriend got the V-Dub, which she enjoyed a lot, and I got the Ford Freakout, which was definitely a great quality burger. To top if off, we both got the fries, which came out hot and well seasoned.

The only reason I am at 4 stars instead of 5 (aside from the price - it's heartbreaking how all gourmet burgers in Auckland are so expensive) is that we originally wanted to eat in the restaurant, but the staff had the front windows wide open which let in quite the draft. I can understand that the draft would be nice for the staff working over a grill and deep fryer, but it was uncomfortably cold in the dining area. Nevertheless, we packed it all up and finished out walk home. Luckily everything stayed warm!

If I feel like an expensive burger again - I would definitely hit...

Last time at the Glenfield store. Order and go pick up, no wait at all, things started so well. Eating my burger and find fibers through it, unsure what it is or if it is meant to be there so I try call. No answer, I just want to ask a question so I know what this is! I try call again, no answer. So I get back in the car, drive back up, show them the burger, they take it out back, come back and tell me it is fibers from the mango. So, my question of is this ok or not, that could have been answered over the phone, ended up being a waste of time going back all because they didn't answer the phone because, and I quote, "sorry the ringer was off". Don't know what they did to my burger out the back, had to come back to answer a question they could have answered if they picked up the phone, and just an, o sorry, for their useless customer service.

Sorry to anyone that has tried to call Burger Fuel Glenfield today, you didn't get ya burger coz their "ringer was off'.
