I believe that it's a very unique amazing place or venue for private functions and a few other very amazing social events, it has a wide variety of activities such as Art Classes and Homecraft and it is open to the public for coffee groups and it could have it's own cafe and it even has its very own childcare facility and pre-school and it's Ideal for people young and old to pay a visit and it's also Ideal for toastmasters meetings and family social events and it's also a very historic and picturesque colonial building that has stood the test of time in history and it also has its Iconic clock tower in the bush, as it also has a public tennis court and public children's playground and it's very own native bush for locals and public to walk through and a little bushwalk to Grande View Rd and I used to go there 10 years ago for Renaissance Disability Group Bootcamp either on the front field or in the tennis court and it's also ideal for Primary School classes excursions and ideal for children to practice their sport on the back field particularly in the weekends as this location and picturesque tourist Hotspot has a wide variety of more classes and activities as 40 od years ago it used to be ideal for Weddings and Party hire and Pacific dance culture as it has a very unique vibe that inspires many people, situated right in the heart of Manurewa East it is open to the public and it's just a 10 minute walk from the Auckland Regional Botanical Gardens and it is vibrant, rich in own natural heritage as it was named after a man called David Nathan and there are some information notices on when it was first established and it is surrounded by trees and native bush and it is a very unique Iconic tourist attraction in its inheritance as David Nathan inherited the land, and that very amazing building I could actually do a painting of and it's also ideal for Primary School Classes to visit and be taken on a tour through the actual building as it is open to the public and a very amazing attraction for locals and visitors as I go there just hang out and have a picnic lunch as it's based on Hill Road in Manurewa as it's also at the back of Hillpark in Manurewa East and it has its very own scenic bush and landscape and I believe it's by far one very amazing Iconic location and tourist attraction open...
