I recently visited Mithaiwala Sweet Shop in Manurewa on the recommendation of Sudesh from Emerald Realty, and I must say—it did not disappoint! If you’re a fan of traditional Indian sweets and snacks, this place is a true standout in South Auckland.

Firstly the girl who served my thali,while preparing my thali started talking and serving another customer My thali had rice missing I kept waiting until she finished her long chat and served the other customer I reminded her that she didn't put the rice in my thali,which she eventually did,as a manners she didn't even apologize Bad customer serving skills Secondly their chilli paneer was worst taste yesterday Burnt hard paneers and very sweet instead of spicy which we ordered My daughter didn't eat her dinner Cheese naan,,ripoff...only half naan had cheese,other half no cheese found I talked to the customer service person who took my order about chillie paneer,again no apologies from him niether did we were offered refund or replacement chilli paneer cooked properly,we left the whole serve of chilli paneer ,only one piece tasted by my daughter I paid total of $46 for a dinner worth $10 Not going...

I had an alarming experience with Mithawaila Manurewa, bought 10.samosas around 11:00 am 22.12.2024.today. While eating a samosa, I discovered a piece of glass inside the filling. I called to let them know about the issue and they advised me that they use a factory to make the samosas. This is extremely concerning, as it poses a serious health risk as there may be a batch out there with a whole lot of glass in it. Fortunately, I noticed it before swallowing, but this could have caused significant harm.
