Order on Friday and received the delivered on Saturday! Great service. I order rock melon they give me pineapple instead! Clearly they are differences and different price. I have been purchased from you multiple times in the past and last order is not good but I didn't say anything. Though I give a go again this time and hopefully will be great as my first order last year but end up worse . Sending the email on the same day and prompt response and said they will swap the item and I need to handed the the wrong items to them. Waiting for a day nothing happens and try to call them re my order they said will delivery around 5pm. While I'm waiting for the delivery then they call me again said they can't deliver 5 pm because they were very busy. And they will delivery on Monday. I told them I not available on Monday with the time frame they will delivery so make it short I want a refund! Because I don't want to purchase from them again! They said they will refund on Tuesday because monday is public Holiday. I waiting for refund until Wednesday nothing happens. I make phone call again re refund and the women I have been dealing all the time on the phone said she will handed to the accounting now. Honestly I'm not desperate for my refund but I disappointed with your service how come you mix my order with reason you are busy. First of all You are creating the problems swapped my order with something that I don't need it it's took my time to contact your company. Secondly your actions is speak louder than your promise. Terrible Customer Service. Placed order earlier in the week, said Friday delivery, no where does it give you and indication as to when it will be delivered so put work address down just to be safe, received an email to advised order had been confirmed still with no delivery indications. today i get an email to say order is now with the driver at 8.38am and then small font underneath showing delivery will be by 5.30pm, I messaged via FB to which had no response at all, sent an email to advise was coming to a work address and we close at 4 can we redirect to home, response had no personalisation at all, other than we will try to deliver by 4pm, and where do I want the redirect sent to, I replied straight away to ask at what time do they make a call to redirect, No response emailed back again approx hour layer to ask for an update, and the response I received was order will be delivered to address you put on order, so I replied back to query previous email sent and no response waited around at work until 5.30pm, to receive a phone call at home advising had just been delivered

Having used previously with incredible service and delivery this was a complete let down, Poor service, lack of communication won’t be using Farmers Box again or...

5 Star review for Farmers Box. I have used them for a few months now getting regular deliveries and I have been impressed with them.

1. the quality of produce every time has been good if not better than the supermarkets, the size of the produce is good value as well.

2. Speed of delivery is very convenient next day delivery on most instances including on weekends so I can shop at work or on the go.

3. The selection of produce is great and most importantly the price. As a price conscious buyer I do compare prices and shop around for good deals to help save money. I have found that they’re 90% of the time cheaper than the major supermarkets.

4. The convenience is also important It’s like having a local fruit and vegetable shop which I don’t have easily available where I live.
