Fairfield House, Nelson — Attraction in Nelson

We had our wedding reception at Fairfield House and it was such an incredible venue. We loved being able to start in the meadow with garden games, drinks and nibbles, before moving down to the courtyard for speeches and the meal. Finally, the dancing took place inside the gallery, with easy access through the doors from the courtyard. Catherine was so helpful right throughout the process, and we were able to use all of the equipment she has built up over the years. What an amazing wedding venue. The caretaker (Catherine) and staff were super accommodating and helpful with anything we needed. Different rooms and spaces plus a beautiful shaded courtyard, meticulously tended gardens and top meadow gave us excellent options It is a self catered venue, but with our own kitchen helpers and outsourced food the reception was well managed.
