Hot Spring Spa Pools (Wellington) — Attraction in North Island

Wow!! I am so impressed and would recommend hot spring Spas Wellington! 10/10. Chris and Davy traveled to New Plymouth to drop off our Spa pool. I received a phone call 1 week prior to delivery and straight away the communication was great and then we received a call and text when they were half way to New Plymouth to give an approximate time of arrival. I thought this was awesome because then we weren't waiting around. When Chris and Davy arrived we were greeted with two very friendly passionate guys who you could tell were excited to be dropping off our spa pool. It made us even more excited! Chris and Davy gave us the full run down of the spa and reasurred us that we made a great choice. Chris went over the after care with me step by step.. he was happy for me to video him talking so I didn't forget. They covered everything and after they left I felt very confident that we made the right choice and also how to use the chemicals correctly. I'm not even kidding this would have been up there with the best service we have ever received. Thank you so much Chris and Davy! I'm writing this review as I'm enjoying soaking in our brand new spa! Went to the hotspring showroom in lower hutt yesterday and was so impressed by the saleslady. We had mentally prepared ourselves for a scripted or pushy sales pitch... which never happened. She was incredibly helpful, understanding and genuine. She clearly believed in the brand, but for valid reasons and she was happy to answer all of our questions and even compare and explain about her product vs a competitors we were considering. Such a great experience and walked away with confidence in the reliability, quality and expertise of hotspring spas. The showroom itself was fantastic, had a huge range on display and they're roughly arranged by budget so you can find what you're looking for within your price range. Went to paremata spa today just to compare, and it was SHOCKING (left a review). All the info she had given was correct (not that we doubted) and and the quality difference was crazy. We brought a Motatapu Spa from Wayne and his team in Aug 24. Initially I was hesitant but Wayne and Theresa managed to convince us to give it a go. What really stood out and made us pay attention was how sincere and straight up they both were. We knew 100% it wasnt about them making a sale but instead about us having something that would really improve our lives. It makes all the difference when youre talking with someone who really believes and stands behind their product. Probably one of the best decisions weve made. We dont consider it a luxury anymore but has fast become a necessity. Our quality of sleep has drastically improved. Same with the muscle tension and back pain. The power bill increase has been slight (av $6-$7p/w) and we run it at 40degrees. Easy maintenance and customer service is excellent. Recently contacted them re issues with a couple of jets.
