After an awful week we decided to treat ourselves to lunch at one of our favourite sports bars as we love their chicken wings. The staff are usually absolutely lovely but not sure if the boss man forgot to pay their wages this week as today was a different story..... After ordering they forgot our nachos, they did not apologise or seem to care whatsoever. We ordered another jug of beer which was completely flat. When we took the flat jug back to the bar they were very rude. We worked out they had over charged us by $10 as we had a voucher, when confronting they didn't want to know about it and again very rude. It wasn't until I got my calculator out and made them go through the prices with me that we worked out they had over charged us. Then the woman said "WHAT do you want some money back"? In a patronizing way. The whole time we were there we felt like we were a bother. Staff need some SERIOUS training, so disapointed left feeling stupid, unfortunately I do not think we will be returning, a shame as we love the environment. Went in today for WOAP burger "The Firey Brazilian" taste OK but oil flooded off from patty and cheese and cassava chips had chunks of fiber/ roots so couldn't eat woody pulp, I couldn't finish burger.
