Our family previously attended Keith spry for a couple of years atleast 2 times a week for fitness and quality time however, this has ceased. It is small but it suited us down to the ground and is great for keeping the family healthy which is a priority. Keith spry have severely inconsistent regulations and processes and terrible customer service. My husband and I were water jogging in the diving pool which is dual purpose whilst our daughter (who is 10) was swimming in the shallow pool. She came over to see if we could fix her goggles and waited next to us. A middle aged gentleman came over, spoke to the pool attendent and we were then asked to leave the pool as we were not actively jogging and he wanted the pool to himself. We lodged a query via email 3 times with no response (allowing a week atleast between follow ups). Eventually cc'd in wellington regional and immediately received a response asking for a break down of events. Responded with a break down, again have not received a response. This is 3-4 months ago. Sadly we will likely go the extra mile to porirua instead...pretty darn inconvenient though considering we live locally in Paparangi. Keith spry need to get their...
Read moreWonderful , welcoming staff, really make you feel comfortable and safe. Sometimes not enough Aqua Jogging belts- which can be quite annoying especially when you pay your KSP fees for the whole purpose of Aqua Jogging. The spare I was given today by staff was old with a very thin belt the was ineffective in keeping my head above water. Thankfully a regular got out the pool and gave me hers. Come on KSP surely you can do MUCH BETTER THAN THIS!!!! Ago staff were very nice and did try ( although unsuccessfully) to solve the issue, in this particular case- UNSUCCESSFULLY. Disappointed. I'm also disabled and all the 3 disability changing rooms were being used by school children and NOT ONE LIFE GUARD intervened- it was left up to me to confront the adult standing with the children so that I was able to get my wheelchair in the rooms that are specifically available for disabled swimmers. Come on people, get your act...

There are a lot of choices for the pool, including spa and sauna facilities we can enjoy at additional cost.
Family ticket is available and I saw swimming course are also available.

There’s a diving pool as well and kids and adults seem to enjoy jumping to the pool.
Nearby there’s a lovely cafe and library.
Parking spots are available, changing facilities and restrooms are clean. There are dedicated changing rooms for...
