Wow is the best description of this artisan butchery. The presentation and quality of meat and poultry products is nothing short of excellent
The service is personalized and friendly and very helpful. If they don't have something you want or need then just ask and they will go out of their way to fulfill your request.
As for the Artisan side of products on offer, I would recommend the Pork Lolliepop or any of the HUGE variety of Handmade Sausages, the Kebabs are also amazing, not to forget any of the other cuts of meat you might desire.
This shop also has a HUGE selection of Biltong for which they are well known.
Then they also have a huge range of products for our 4 legged friends and family members our pet dogs, ranging from fresh bones to dried dog treats and chews.
My partner and I have been here several times now and you definately get what you pay for and the freshness of the food makes cooking a joy and we have never been disappointed with anything we have bought.
So in short I would HIGHLY Recommend a visit to this Bucher even if it means going out of your...
Read moreHonestly I don’t know where to begin. Pinehill butcher is a weekly pilgrimage. Nothing beats ripping into a bag of biltong bites and giving your jaw a workout equivalent to a sub 2 hour marathon. It’s simple if you love meat and great service there’s really only one place to find yourself and that’s Pinehill.
The only thing that elevates the entire experience it’s that you are greeted with the most wonderful smiles and service time and time again. The chat is never too in depth as the guys are firing at all cylinders getting every order out, but if I could share a beer with the crew and get down to the nitty gritty of how they get their product to the standard it is, I would. Liam, Renee, and Rohan always know their stuff and they know exactly what I’m after EVERY. DAMN. TIME.
I couldn’t recommend Pinehill enough. It’s a true institution and should be made a UNESCO heritage site if it...
Read moreI have been going to Pinehill butchery with my family for a few years now and it honestly caught me off guard when I walked in today with my brother and saw how much the quality has dropped in customer service. I might sound like a Karen but I walked in chose my sosatie en Pretoria wors and proceeded to the till. There was young man at the scales who observed us coming in (me and my brother being the only two customers in the butchery) and it took him about five minutes to realise that there was someone waiting at the till. He had very poor customer service and barely comunicated with us. Not even a hello or goodbye. Like I said before we've been coming here with the family for years and never had a bad experience. Also isnt sosatie wors supposed to be a slightly different colour than...
